I started to hunt this buck last year. He showed up on a soybean field and an alfalfa field during the summer of 2008 with another buck that I was lucky enough to shoot in mid-November 2009. Survivor made it through the season to emerge slightly bigger this year, but was again living in the same area. We filmed him several times this summer and also got trail camera photos of him. On November 5 I was fortunate enough to finally shoot this great buck. You can watch the exciting hunt on Episode 15: The Survivor.
