1. How long does it take to process my order?

We ship within two business days of the order being placed. We don't ship anything on Sundays.

2. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive the tracking number for your shipment via email. If you didn't receive that information, let us know and we'll provide it ASAP.

3. My order was damaged during shipment. What should I do?

Please notify us if you had a product(s) damaged during shipment.
